After 30 years in education, as a middle leader, senior leader and system-contributor through two national roles, I am an experienced coach well-placed to support education leaders and teams in schools.

Through my work in education I have coached senior leaders, including headteachers, as well as middle leadership teams. As a qualified Level 7 Executive Coach and Mentor and member of EMCC UK, I have undertaken regular CPD as a coach.

Recently I have completed the Complete Coherence Values Practitioner certification enabling me to include the Complete Values Profile as an additional extra into my coaching. I read books on leadership, teams and coaching for both professional learning and personal interest.

Coaching Format

An initial needs analysis will determine your needs, whether that be coaching for specific individuals, a middle leadership team that would benefit from a series of group coaching sessions, or a contract for an academic year that provides you with a number of hours which you can determine how to use.

Coaching can be in person but will more likely be online (to make it more affordable and viable, regardless of geography) or a blended model of both.
